The sandbox is a place for developers to exchange source code and ideas for new components. We encourage our users to collaborate and share their experiences and shortcuts in order to better everyone.
Rules for the sandbox:
Use at your own risk. SMSi makes no assertions about the quality or intention of the code posted to this forum.
Only source code should be attached. It is unsafe to execute arbitrary code. Developers should always verify the intention and accuracy of the code before it is placed into their runtime environment.
Use your own Java package names. The SMSi development team uses the com.smsfed.* prefix for its Java packages and should be the only one doing so. The purpose of the package is to differentiate components using more than just a name. Developers may use a package name such as twister.sandbox.coolfeature.
If deemed useful to a large percentage of our users, SMSi will make every effort to incorporate components posted to this forum into the core release. However, software licensing may prevent that. The license must permit incorporation with a commercial product.
Respect the software license. Do not post licensed software to this forum.
