The Twister team has released a minor patch to the 3.7.0 feature branch. The patch addresses two specific issues in the Controller runtime. The first issue addresses jobs hanging due to very large dataflow graphs (including subgraphs). The second issue addresses a problem in uploading projects to the controller after changing which global resources it is associated with.
